Cooperative Extension at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is conducting a statewide program needs assessment to determine how to best support the people of North Carolina in the areas of youth development, agriculture, and natural resources, community and rural development, and family and consumer sciences, and has hired Thomas P. Miller and Associates (TPMA), an Indianapolis based firm, to do the work.
