Calling all bakers and chefs: the Lincoln County Apple Dish Contest is back! Compete based on your age group and dish category - savory vs. sweet. All dishes must contain apple as an ingredient. Cash prizes for first and second place winners will be provided by First Federal Savings Bank of Lincolnton.

Important Dates

Oct 11th is the last day to register and submit your recipe. Use this google form or scan the QR code on the flyer. Submissions are due by 5:00 p.m.

Oct 12th is drop off day! Bring your dishes, labeled with your name and unique recipe name to the Cooperative Extension center between 8 a.m.–12 p.m. Apple Dish Contest judges will rate all submitted dishes.

Oct 16th winners will be notified.

Oct 21st prizes will be announced and awarded at the Lincoln County Apple Festival at the N.C. Cooperative Extension tent at 12 p.m.
