Salt is an important nutrient that our bodies need for vital bodily functions. However, too much can cause issues with high blood pressure, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. Highly processed foods have led to many people consuming too much salt or sodium. In this workshop, we will discuss ways to reduce salt intake and make a few low or no salt seasoning blends to take home and cook with!
