Freeze Now, Eat Later! Online Zoom Class
In this virtual workshop, participants will learn:
- Safe slow cooking
- Building healthy make-ahead freezer meals
- Safe thawing techniques
- Freezer Meal preparation techniques
Participants will take home a grocery list for 5 delicious and healthy recipes to assemble and freeze for make-ahead meals!
This workshop will meet via Zoom 12 noon – 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24th. The session will be recorded for later viewing, if needed, but live participation is encouraged.
