Join us to learn about healthy meal planning, preparation techniques, and food safety aspects of make-ahead freezer meals!

In this virtual workshop, participants will learn:

  • Safe slow cooking
  • Building healthy make-ahead freezer meals
  • Safe thawing techniques
  • Freezer Meal preparation techniques

Participants will take home a grocery list for 5 delicious and healthy recipes to assemble and freeze for make-ahead meals!

This workshop will meet via Zoom 12 noon – 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24th. The session will be recorded for later viewing, if needed, but live participation is encouraged.
